[Introduction]
VAE emulsions can be used as a base material for adhesives for wood or wood products, such as laminates, particleboard, sawn boards, decorative panels, and furniture. They can also be used as adhesives for paper, packaging bags, food packaging materials, labels, bottle caps, paper boxes, paper trays, paper tubes, books, PVC composites, flooring, wallpaper, buildings and their components, aluminum foil, various plastic films, and fibers.

[Applications]
Slurry
It can be used as a textile adhesive for cloth/cloth, sponge/cloth, and (artificial) leather/cloth. It can also be used as a textile coating to make canvas, advertising cloth, and printing and dyeing adhesives.
Paper Pulp Sizing and Glazing Materials
VAE emulsions are an excellent raw material for various high-quality papers and can be used to glaze a variety of papers, enhancing their dry and wet strength, toughness, and gloss, improving color stability and printability, and reducing ink consumption.
Coating Substrates
Coatings prepared with VAE emulsions are safe and non-toxic, stable in long-term storage, and easy to apply. They can be applied by brush, roller, dip, spray, and other methods, and the tools used are easy to clean. Depending on the application, VAE can be used as a base material for interior and exterior wall coatings, elastic coatings, roof waterproofing coatings, emulsion intumescent fireproof coatings, rust-proof latex paints, building caulks, sealants, and more.
Cement Modifier
Adding VAE emulsion to cement mortar can improve the performance of cement products, imparting improved crack resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, tensile strength, and flexural strength. This shortens the wet curing period for cement, or even eliminates the need for curing.
Carpet Adhesive
VAE emulsion can be used as an adhesive for carpet backing and lining, imparting softness, elasticity, water resistance, aging resistance, low-temperature resistance, weather resistance, and flame retardancy. It can also be used as an adhesive for tufted carpets, knitted carpets, high-end architectural carpet assembly, and artificial turf.
