VAE Emulsion WANWEI JZ-III

[Introduction]

VAE emulsions are widely used as adhesive bases. They offer excellent mechanical properties, a small average particle size, a good balance between creep resistance and heat sealability, good wet tack, and a fast cure rate. VAE emulsions have a wide range of adhesive properties.

Tile adhesives and caulking compounds

Waterproofing compounds

Self-leveling flooring systems

2. Paints and coatings

In the paint and coatings sector, WANWEI’s VAE emulsions are excellent binders for interior and exterior wall coatings. They enhance film durability, scrub resistance, and adhesion to a variety of substrates.

Interior latex paints

Exterior wall paints

Primer formulations

Anti-carbonization coatings

3. Adhesives
WANWEI’s VAE emulsions are commonly used in pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs), laminating adhesives, and packaging adhesives due to their excellent tack and bond strength.

Bookbinding adhesives

Wood adhesives

Carpet and textile adhesives

Paper and packaging adhesives

4. Textile Industry

In the textile industry, WANWEI’s VAE emulsions provide a soft feel, good durability, and washability. They are used as binders for non-woven fabrics and textile coatings.

5. Paper and Packaging
WANWEI’s VAE emulsions offer high adhesion to paper, paperboard, and laminates. They are widely used in the production of packaging materials that have stringent requirements for strength, flexibility, and environmental friendliness.

[Packaging]

25KG/50KG/220KG iron drums;1000kg IBC Drums

[Storage]

VAE Emulsion should be stored in a ventilated and dry storage in batches. Do not store products directly on the ground. They should be separated by items such as trays or plastic sheets.
Keep out of contact with the reactive chemicals. Carefully load and unload during transportation. The same batch of products should be placed together to prevent packaging contamination, and damage.
